Return & Exchange Policy

All purchases made with Azyan are final and non-refundable.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error made by our team.

If a confirmed issue is identified, Azyan will provide a corrective service at no additional cost, subject to assessment and approval.

The following are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or corrections:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect measurements provided for alterations
• Color preference changes
• Requests made after delivery

Payment, Alteration & Design Policy

A 100% non-refundable payment is required to confirm all orders.

Alterations are provided only after full payment has been received. No alterations will be made to unpaid or partially paid orders.

All designs are fixed and non-modifiable. Design changes or customization's are not accepted.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above policies.
